
Breakage during Shipment
Always examine your shipment as soon as you have received them. Your insurance may expire before you realize you have a problem. If you find any breakage, dents, or malfunctions that may have been caused during shipment:
- Please take a digital picture of this instrument and send it to us for reference. Please be sure the date is in this picture.
- If you have paid for insurance, please contact the company you have bought the instrument from. We will contact you ASAP.
- If you have not paid for insurance, Sibata nor Yotsubishi Corporation does not have the obligation to send you a replacement.
Warranty
If you have just purchased our products and still are covered by our warranty policy, please contact the company you have bought the instrument from. See Warranty Policy for details.
Quotations
We are not able to send you quotations for repairs before examining the instrument. Quotations will be sent to you after examined at our repair department. All repairs and calibrations will be charged as the following:
Import taxes (from you) + actual cost + shipping (to you)
Shipping back an instrument for repairs & calibration
- You do not need a RA number for sending back an instrument, but you should send us the bleow information before you send the equipment back to us.

Contact person shipping advise (what to ship back by / EMS / Air Freight / FEDEX / etc.)

- Symptems / Problems
- Be sure that the instrument does not rattle if the box is shaken.
- When shipping, the instrument should be atleast double cartoned.
- Invoices should be marked that they are being shipped back for repair and the prices are for customs only. (You will be charged for shipping and import taxes.)
